1. Program Description and SMS Use Cases

BCool Air Conditioning and Heating offers an SMS messaging service to provide customers with account updates, appointment scheduling and confirmations, technician arrival times, repair quotes, and maintenance reminders. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us regarding your HVAC service requests.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user interaction and the status of your service requests.

3. Message & Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received in connection with BCool Air Conditioning and Heating text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt out. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
